Prices quoted and amount prepared are made based on an estimated count provided to us for people in attendance at the event. Any additional attendees should be communicated to us no later than 48 hours prior to the event.
For drop-off service, serving utensils only will be provided. If any additional linen, dishware, or setup is required, you must contact us in writing no later than 48 hours before the event.
Payment terms are 50% deposit to secure your date, with the balance due 24 hours before delivery. Payment can be made via cash, electronic transfer, or credit/debit card. No personal checks will be accepted.
Any issues should be communicated to Fat Tuesday Celebrations, LLC immediately. While we maintain a NO REFUND policy, every effort will be made to rectify the situation, at our discretion.
Orders accepted within 48 hours of when needed will incur a rush fee.
A full contract will be drawn and signed by all parties for any service other than drop-off.
Fat Tuesday Celebrations, LLC works in compliance with all Cook County rules and regulations in regard to hygienic preparation and service of food.
